How Aivio News handles personal data: no reader accounts, what email and advertising process, your rights and how to exercise them.

What this site does not do
Aivio News does not offer reader accounts, does not ask you to register, and does not maintain a first-party database of reader profiles. There is no newsletter sign-up and no login.
That is not the same as saying no information is processed at all. Certain information is necessarily processed when you contact us, when you record a privacy preference, and when third-party services such as advertising providers are used. This page describes that honestly rather than making a claim we could not keep.
When you email us
When you write to contact@aivio.news we process whatever your message contains, which at minimum means your address, the subject and the body, plus the technical metadata that accompanies any email. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The message is held in a mailbox operated by GrowQ AB for as long as needed to handle the matter and keep a record of the correspondence, after which it is deleted.
Advertising
Aivio News is funded by advertising served by third-party providers. Depending on your region and your choices, advertising can involve cookies or similar identifiers, and can result in personal data being processed by those providers as controllers in their own right.
Where consent is required, no advertising storage or personalisation is enabled until you give it. Your choice is recorded and applied on later visits, and you can change it at any time. What is stored is described in the Cookie Policy.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request metadata such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect the service. Fonts and other assets are served from the same origin; this site does not load fonts or scripts from third-party CDNs.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards available under applicable law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes
This policy is revised when our processing changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
